Current Projects
The Goanna project in Tuxia
are aiming to customising the Mozilla web
browser for embedded Linux systems. Various aspects of
Mozilla have been targeted to make it
suitable for embedded systems.
RWin is an RDP
client based on the open source rdesktop 1.0
release, integrating additional fixes and patches made by Tuxia Labs and other
coders across the net.
Nxzilla is a set of
libraries that allow Mozilla to be used
with a NanoX server.
Xilla is a port of nanozilla
which removes the need of third party toolkits (such as GTK) and reimplements
the functionality with Xlib.
Mailcrypto is a plugin
for Mozilla that allows users to do
various cryptographic functions that the GnuPG
(Gnu Privacy Guard) provides.
OJI is an Open Java Interface
for Mozilla which allows
Kaffe to run applets that are embedded
inside HTML pages. Our goals are to create a fully open source browser solution
without having to rely on 3rd party proprietry plugins to attain full
functionality.
The xpdf plugin allows
users to view Adobe Portable Document Format documents from within Mozilla. The
plugin is based on xpdf which is an open source pdf viewer by Derek Noonburg.
It has some superficial modifications to allow it to be loaded as a shared
object library, and has been partially made thread safe.
Viper is a Personal
Information Manager (PIM) suite for PDAs (Personal Digital Assistants)
developed by TUXIA to address the growing need for a stable, robust, flexible,
highly secure and high performance platform. |
